This is one of the finest 44' Marine Traders on the market. Cubit has been continuously maintained by a knowledgeable boat owner. The old has been replaced with the new. The wiring and plumbing as well as the whole yacht is in excelllent shape.One can enter into the salon through a door on the port or starboard side of the cabin and there is a lower control in the cabin.The bridge deck is also in excellent condition and has plenty of room and seats for your guestsfor cruising and entertaining.
