1991 Carver Montego [removed phone] CARVER Montego 534, BOAT OWNERS COMMENTARY. This 1991 Carver Montego 534 is a very comfortable and dependable boat. The twin 454 Crusaders, 350HP each, are running really well. There is only 825 +/- hours on them. I usually cruise at 20 to 22 mph. I have had it up to 30mph, but prefer a slower ride. There is a new battery charger from 2010, and 3 new batteries from 2011. You enter the boat from either the rear off of the extra wide swim platform, or from the side off the dock stairs. The cockpit has seating right across the entire transom. Directly behind the captain s chair, there is a sink, with storage underneath. Just to the side of that there is a fresh water hose hookup if you need it. On the port side of the cockpit is an ice maker, then an L-shape seating for more guest, with storage under the seats. The HELM has a stainless steering wheel, twin throttle and gear shifts, GPS, Garmin fishfinder, chartplotter, electronic compass, handheld vhf radio, auto controlled spot light on pulpit, windshield wipers, horn, deck lighting built into the arch, AM/FM/CD radio. All gauges such as: batteries, gas, depth, log, speed, rpm s, etc. FULL Camper Top, with screens and glass, all zippered, and fully removable. 2 new bumpers and 4 additional older ones. Sunbridge and Cockpit are equipped with a removable,snap-on rug. Down the steps, enter the Cabin through a smoked colored glass door with a lock. There is a switch to turn the interior lights on. To your right there is a dinnette that also converts to a bed to sleep 2. The fuse box is on the wall covered by a hinged door. Opposite that is a small bench/couch, then the galley with stove, fridge, microwave, and lots of storage above, and under the kitchen sink. Then back to the starboard side there is a FULL bathroom: toilet, shower, sink. The main Statesroom, is a double bed V-Berth, with drawers for storage and a closet to hang items. The other sleeping quarters is an aft Berth, which also sleeps 2, just under the stairs coming into the cabin. The boat is equipped with A/C and Heat, hotwater, generator. In addition to the overhead lighting in the cabin, there are additional accent lights scattered throughout the cabin. Each berth area also has adjustable reading lights, and adjustable vents for A/C or Heat. ADDITIONAL ITEMS INCLUDED WITH THE BOAT. 4 fishing rods, fish filet table, rod holders, tackle(plenty) & tackle box. 1-Brand New Anchor, and line 4-automatic/manual inflatable life vest 2-overstuffed life vest 4-regular life vest 2-Deck Chairs 1-Deck Table.
